The Water in circulation of the air conditioning plants of textile industry have different contents which cause scaling on the showering nozzles, Pipes and eliminator plates. At the same time when the return air cross through the water showering, a lot of contaminants like micro dust and short fibres get mixed into the water.This resultant quality of water deposits a lot of scale on the every surface it comes in contact with, this scale is hurdle in the proper functioning of the air conditioning plant and need to be addressed.Traditionally it was done by removing the plates, nozzles and pipes from the AC stations and clean them with acid for descaling.
